About LlamAssist

Focused, honest,
built to hand off.

LlamAssist builds and operates AI systems for connectivity businesses — and builds them so you own the asset outright, from the first commit. Here's how we work, and why it fits Point5.

We don't try to do everything. We do the work Point5 actually does — carrier procurement, the circuit lifecycle, and NOC orchestration — and we tune the platform for exactly that.

Laser-focused, by design

Point5 isn't selling SD-WAN, voice stacks, security suites, or IoT — and neither are we. A platform built for "everything" is, in practice, built for nothing in particular. Ours is built for connectivity orchestration: quoting, circuit lifecycle, and the operations that surround them. We'd rather be the best in the world at the work you do than mediocre across ten things you don't.

Concrete or quiet on AI

AI is easy to over-promise and hard to pin down. So we hold ourselves to a simple rule: every AI claim we make attaches to something measurable — parse accuracy on real carrier emails, alert-correlation deflection, cost per quote in tokens, margin enforcement under adversarial input.

If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.

That's also why the platform keeps a human on every decision. The AI prepares, recommends, and surfaces; your practitioners approve, override, and own every outcome. When the AI isn't confident, it routes to a person rather than producing a wrong number.

Built to hand off

This is the part that matters most for a business thinking about its own future. From day one, what we build is yours — designed to be a clean asset on a balance sheet, not a dependency on us.

Day-1 IP transfer

Code lives in a Point5-owned GitHub repository from the very first commit — not handed over at the end.

Hosted, never locked in

Runs in LlamAssist's managed GCP, so Point5 carries none of the hosting, security, or compliance overhead — yet because you own the code outright, it can be ported off our infrastructure at any time.

Documented continuously

Written to a third-party due-diligence standard as we go — so the platform is diligence-ready, not a black box.

Clean for diligence

Optional third-party code escrow with verified deposits — a ready artifact for any future M&A conversation.

The short version

You don't need a vendor. You need a partner — one who builds it with you, keeps humans at the wheel, protects what already makes Point5 great, and leaves you owning everything when the work is done.
